Master Thesis (m/f/d) Account-based Analysis of digital Customer Journey
Your tasks
Analysis of the customer journey in digital channels using machine learning
Further development of the data model with a focus on account-based data, especially for customer's company, industry, sales funnel phase etc.
Research on and implementation of additional data sources
Implementation of an exemplary export-transform-load process
Derivation of recommendations for action to different internal stakeholders (e.g. marketing, sales, web development)
Your profile
Academic studies in (business) computer science, (business) mathematics, business administration (esp. marketing) or a comparable field of studies with a specialization in Big Data, artificial intelligence or statistics
Profound knowledge of digital marketing / marketing analytics
Know-how in Machine Learning
Basic understanding of the programming language Python
Strong analytical skills and a conscientious and efficient approach to work
Enthusiasm for opening up new topic areas
Very good command of written and spoken English and German
