As Marketing & Sales Trainee you'll develop a strong understanding of the Marketing & Sales mix at Red Bull Germany in the areas of Brand Marketing, Key Account Management, Field Sales Management and Trade Marketing. You will build on this knowledge, combining it with your own creative ideas and out-of-the-box thinking to support cross-departmental projects and initiatives.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Deep dive into the world of Red Bull’s Brand Marketing. Support the team in designing and executing innovative, impactful & inspirational consumer activations in order to increase our consumers brand love.
Generate insights and new/ unexpected ideas by thinking creatively and analytically.
Develop a sound knowledge of media planning and new (digital) ways of communication.
Build your own network within the Marketing and Sales organization to facilitate workflows and idea creation.
CHANNEL STRATEGIES (CATEGORY MANAGEMENT & TRADE MARKETING & INSIGHTS)
Develop a deep understanding of the department’s direction: help & challenge to sell. Assist the Insights team in the analysis of sell-out and shopper data.
Join the Trade Marketing colleagues to understand the POS tool cycle, actively contributing to the day-to-day work.
Take over a project in the area of "insights into action" (e.g. evaluation of a specific promotion/product launch and translate the gained insights and findings into concrete proposals and action steps for the future).
SALES MANAGEMENT (FIELD SALES & KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT)
Get to know the field work (tasks and routines) by supporting the Field team in a specific sales drive/mission. Based on this executional experience join a Key Account team to jointly work on a customer/project.
Support the team in their analysis and reporting tasks as well as contribute to customer selling decks.
Accompany the Key Account team to customer meetings delivering previously prepared conceptual presentations.
