With immediate effect we are looking for a
Marketing Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Campaign management for SEA, Affiliate, Display e-mail and above the line media types
- Continuous optimisation and monitoring of campaigns with established instruments (e.g. IntelliAd, Webtrekk)
- Plan and drive e-mail marketing activities for new customers and all product categories
- Establish and coordinate efficient sales measures to convert new and/or existing customers (via outbound, upselling, retention, member gets member i.a.)
- Forecast, plan and report defined business metrics for all digital activities and support overall Marketing controlling (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually) –support and liaise with Finance department
- Continuous A/B testing of new creatives/advertising copies and landing pages in all digital channels
- Leading co-operation with 3rd party and Marketing agencies (including creative agencies, media partners, data analysis suppliers)
- Robust report building and presentation of key performance indicators to Sr. Digital Marketing Manager and team lead
- Market and competition monitoring to recommend best practice and new advertising technologies
- Writing and evaluating business benefits of Change Requests
- Support Website Management Process
Your knowledge/experience:
- Degree in business administration, media studies, economics or similar studies or comparable education
- Several years experience in a comparable role in an online media agency or online business model
- Sound experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Campaign-/Web Analytics)
- Sound experience with set up of tracking and analytics s/w (TagManager, Pixel configuration, adserver set up)
- Strong customer focus and experience to optimise online conversion
- Effective written and oral communication skills in English and German
- High number affinity and secure handling of MS Excel
