We are looking for a dynamic, organized, self-starter to join as a Manager responsible for Payments in the Last Mile team. This role will provide essential support to new Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) joining Amazon via a new entrepreneur program.

The successful candidate will work closely with the DSP Account Management Team and Program Managers in a fast-paced last mile organization. This person will lead a European team of Account Coordinators who provide hands on support to ensure a DSP account is set up accurately, ensuring timely and accurate payments. The ideal candidate has exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills, able to quickly diagnose root cause whilst dealing with payment complexities ranging from incentive payments, to value added service launch dates and managing invoice queries and exceptions. You have likely worked in a payroll or invoicing team and can bring with you key skills that will help grow and develop your team to deliver the best in customer obsession.
