Your responsibilities:
- As an expert in your assigned field, act as internal consultant on global market and competitor intelligence
- As member of Global Product Teams, shape Biotest’s product strategy in close collaboration with Marketing and Medical Affairs
- Self-dependently develop, conduct and improve activities to generate market insights to support Global Marketing (e.g. product managers),Global Sales and stakeholders across departments
- Lead international primary (qual./quant.) and secondary research to generate insights on markets and competitors
- Support health economic projects, conduct International Reference Pricing analyses, communicate and consult on results
- Collect, analyse and report on market data (e.g. IQVIA)
- Support Head of Market & Pricing Insights in establishing and maintaining an internal insights reporting platform
Your profile:
- Master's degree in marketing, business or life sciences
- At least 4 years of experience in relevant healthcare industries (e.g. biologics, medical devices or pharmaceuticals) in sales, marketing, market research, market access or related areas
- Experience in the plasma proteins/specialty area preferred
- Experience in researching and handling data from multiple sources
- Experience in dealing with pharmacoeconomic questions and/or strong interest to develop respective skills
- Confidence in managing stakeholders across departments, strong communication skills
