You will be part of an ambitious communications team with new colleagues on board, willing to jointly develop communications further and to implement creative ideas.

Your tasks:

• Identify, develop and produce high-quality, informative, and interesting corporate content for internal distribution channels that supports proactive storytelling
  
• Develop and evaluate integrated communications strategies and initiatives for different de-partments within DB Schenker in harmony with the overall communication strategy and goals
  
• Advise and provide communications planning and development to leadership
  
• Ensure that organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to em-ployees and stakeholders
  
• Ensure that internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization
  
• Brainstorm and collaborate with different stakeholders for new ideas and strategies in the fields of communication
  
• Develop strategies for current media formats to better transport content and reach target groups
  
• Implementing communications plans to support change projects and increase awareness and commitment of employees for organizational changes on a corporate level
  
• Experience managing projects from inception to completion including project scoping, plan-ning and managing to timelines and within budget and project oversight
  
• Prepare and draft messages, scripts and presentations for senior executives regarding communication topics
  
  
• Respond to feedback from staff and adjust communications content accordingly
