Tasks
Global responsibility for the Compensation and Variable Pay processes
Ensures global process delivery and compliance requirements
Monitors efficiency and quality of the facilitation of the Compensation and Variable Pay process in SAP SuccessFactors
Develops and implements process improvement initiatives (e.g. simplifying, accelerating processes)
Plays the key role in common design principles and governance
Develops vision, strategy and objectives for Compensation and Variable Pay consolidating functional, geographic and business requirements
Trains HR-colleagues and collaborates closely with the global Key User Community
Responsible for 3rd level IT support and release management
Supports IT in local payroll interface projects
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
Minimum 2 years experience as HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or Compensation and Benefits specialist
High level change management competencies with proven track record of managing different levels of stakeholders
Analytical and structured mindset
Experience in working with SAP SuccessFactors would be beneficial
Fluent English language skills are mandatory
High team-orientation and willingness to travel
Assertiveness and Persuasion
