Ihre Aufgaben
The responsibilities for this role may include:
- Providing legal advice and support on a variety of corporate legal matters in an international environment;
- Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts, including supply, distribution, purchasing, service and technology licensing agreements;
- Working with and advising business clients directly, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions for various corporate policies;
- Help negotiating data privacy contract clauses;
- Support on corporate housekeeping.
Ihr Profil
Currently, we're hiring Legal Counsel (General/Commercial) (m/w/d) to join us with:
- 1st and 2nd German state exams; additional degree or specialisation is a plus;
- 1+ year experience of corporate or commercial law within an in-house or law firm position;
- Strong contracting or corporate legal skills including, but not limited to, data protection;
- Ability to take on large international projects;
- Fluency in German and English.
