The Lead HR Business Partner supporting the Vice President Logistics works in close partnership with the business leaders of the Logistic business and the senior leadership team to develop and execute the HR strategy and roadmap supporting the growth and health of the 7,500-person organization. The P&O Lead will build an organization and culture that facilitates long-term business scale through the acquisition, development and retention of talent and the use/adoption of technologies in the delivery of our service. Finally, the person in this role will be responsible for ongoing HR improvements to ensure we provide the best associate experience, while providing critical leadership and coaching to business leaders.
Starting from manufacturing, logistics, transportation, payments, supply & demand management, customer-relationship management, size & fit, to applications in digital experiences such as search, recommendation and browse, in particular focusing on whole outfits. Furthermore your responsibility covers the area of Information Security whose mission is to improve Zalando’s security posture and build trust with our customers. Overall this role oversees around 850+ talents.
