As Knowledge Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for our internal knowledge base. You will ensure that knowledge about internal processes and our product is managed and distributed effectively and efficiently within the Customer Operations and Success department. In addition, you will support our Educational Content team in the creation and analysis of customer information materials.
