You are the eyes and ears of Advantech in the outside world. Finding new customers is a daily challenge. Where and how you find these companies is completely up to you. At the end of the day, we hope you can take us by the hand and help us grow the business! We all know field sales can be a solitary and challenging job. You are on the road for the majority of the time, but you are supported by your team in the office. This also applies within the entire company. At Advantech, we work as a team and therefore you work together with our application engineering, marketing and inside sales. Together you have one single goal - To grow the market share of Advantech even further!
You work from home office and your focus region is Central Europe. We have several offices in Germany from where you can find support, like Munich and Dusseldorf.
Hunting for sales is in your blood. You open doors where others fail to do so, you find that specific stakeholder within every organization that supports your products and you close the deal. The technical background in Computer Science, Electronics or Auto-ID you have helps you to speak the language of the customer. Your broad sales experience in our field helps you to know when to talk and when to listen. The combination of the two elements makes you our ideal candidate!
Advantech Service-IoT is one of the world's leading manufacturers of high-quality industrial computers for applications and solutions in a wide range of fields like logistics, field service, fleet management, retail and hospitality. Your sales focus will be in the area of Retail, Hospitality and Smart City with a broad range of products/solutions like POS-Systems, All-In-One Touch Computers & Kiosks, Digital Signage Players and Display, Tablets etc. This market is known to you, and you are known by the people in this market. You are competitive to competitors but helpful to colleagues. You work in a team, but are not afraid to work solo when needed. You combine the competition of sales with the comradery of teamwork and technical knowledge. Fluent German and English language is mandatory.
