Shift is fast-growing startup company digitalising traditional metalworks industry and backed by a leading European venture fund. We are Europe’s largest digital network of CNC workshops currently comprising over 120 metal processing and machining partners from 15 European countries.
We receive customer orders - from furniture components to spare parts for world’s leading producer of electric cars - and distribute those among our partner production workshops. We help customers to produce the parts in time- and cost-efficient way, while helping workshops to increase utilisation of their machines.
We are looking for several Key Account Managers who are able to support our growth and play an active role in our company development.
The main goal of this position is to develop repetitive and stable sales in specific industry/geography by establishing and maintaining contact with customers - market leaders and smaller players in such industries as machine building, infrastructure, furniture and others. We look for the best practices in sales and account management.
Further goals include supporting company development with process improvement suggestions, new ideas and innovation proposals.
Quantitative goal is achieving individual sales targets in specific industry and/or geography.
