As Key Account Manager DACH, your main goal is to grow our client base of the most influential retailers in the DACH region.
Here’s what you’ll do!
Your home is the world of retail and FMCG! In your career, you can look back on around 5 successful years in Sales or (Key) Account Management, having worked with the biggest supermarket chains of Germany or Austria. Maybe you’ve worked as a Regional Sales Lead before? Then this is an ideal next step to grow with and prove yourself at Tony’s!
Whether you come from a big corporate or a smaller organization – with your entrepreneurship and strong values, you have the drive to disrupt the world of chocolate and to be one of the first ones in the team to be building up a strong client base for Tony’s in DACH.
Understanding how to go about price negotiations? Listings? Seasonal products? All a piece of chocolate cake for you! You have experience working with the different layers in the hierarchy on retailers’ side and know how to approach the client in the best way for almost any topic.
You are flexible to commute – our DACH offices are in Hamburg (DE) and Salzburg (AT), where we regularly come together for team meetings (after corona left us in piece again). And besides.. your clients are spread all over the country, too, so once client meetings can take place again, you’re happy to hit the road again!
