Where your expertise is needed
As a Junior Manager Inbound Process you will identify efficiency improvement potential and act upon it by running your own projects within Supply. You will be reporting into the Inbound Processes/Support lead as a part of Supply Chain Strategy and Operations department.
- Contribute to the development of our Supply organisation by executing projects aiming for the improvement of overall efficiency of operations
- Ensure successful project implementations by close progress monitoring based on valid project plans (including communication plan, success monitoring etc)
- Actively consult your stakeholders in any efficiency related concern, sharing your expertise
What we're looking for
- Knowledge of logistics (esp. Warehouse receiving) processes
- Proficient language skills in German (C1 is a min requirement)
- 2-4 years of professional experience in Project Management, Consulting or a similar role as well as strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Curious mindset, high interest in identifying improvement potential, ability to understand and analyse complex topics and drive to bring initiatives to life
- Structured way of working and strong data affinity
