Junior Legal Counsel (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:
- Directly report to Midea EMEA Regional Counsel
- Provide legal advice in the area of commercial and e-commerce laws
- Contract management
- Draft and review commercial legal documents
- Handling of corporate housekeeping
Your profile:
- Law qualification and bar admission in Germany, France and/or Italy
- Young professional with work experience in a top tier law firm or in-house
- Excellent law credentials
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and execution skills to tackle difficult, complex legal and regulatory issues in the context of the business perspective and to express complex matters clearly to business audience, including to senior management
- Strong drafting skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly in both oral and written form
- Agility and resilience to work in an extremely fast-paced environment related to growing global businesses with demanding internal and international clients
- Winning team spirit
- Self-starter, hands-on mentality, precise, energetic, passionate
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English, knowledge of other languages is a plus
