We are looking for a self-driven individual with an international mindset to support us in developing, scaling and executing tailored change & people engagement programs to drive the transformation of our organization from an HR perspective. As part of the global Head Office, you collaborate with the regional and country HR Teams to pull off global projects. The position belongs to the Global HR Strategy, Governance & Transformation Department.
For this role, we are looking for a self-motivated individual who has an open mind and an academic background in communication, business, psychology, HR management or related fields. First experiences in project and/or change management are beneficial, but not a must.
