Inside Sales Manager (m/f/d)

You have a fixed number of partners in the DACH-region
Planning, generating and increasing the revenue of the clientele directly served by the Inside Sales Manager (telephone/online)
Increase and support of assigned customers and projects
Forecast, control and monitoring of customer revenue and own sales activities
Maintenance, track and measure sales activities and bookings using our CRM
Tracking of the EPOS sales process for the purpose of business initiation, quotation, project acquisition, project execution and support
Establishing permanent customer communication and support at all levels
Conclusion of marketing agreements with partners
Preparation and implementation of customer-specific marketing measures such as mailings and telephone campaigns
Product launches on the market (via MS Teams/ Online Meetings)
You have a Master or Bachelor’ degree in economics, business administration or marketing
Minimum of 3-5 years of solid proven experience in Sales positions
You love to sell and you are a convincing character
Your strong communication and presentation skills are combined with confidence when interacting on management level
Able to work independently and with a team, to maintain a strong work ethic, and to promote a positive work atmosphere
Experience of using CRM
Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office
Fluent in German, Business English skills
