In this role you will enrich our Consumer and Sensory Insights Team at NPTC Singen with your experience in the Growth Hacking Field. You will enable the project teams taking fast and facts/evidence-based decisions by proposing, creating and analyzing consumer & shopper experiments to validate the Problem-Solution Fit and Product-Market Fit. You proactively contribute from the design of the concept and product to the route to market of the solution using Lean Start-up and Design Thinking approaches. 
Complementary you will support our team in Ad Hoc consumer understanding research projects in close cooperation with product development and strategic partners to ensure that innovation through science and technology is consumer centric and aligned with business strategy.

A day in the life of...

• Design the “most fit for purpose” experiment to validate assumptions and selecting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success of experiments 
• A/B testing those ideas through offline and online experiments e.g. by creating campaigns and landing pages 
• Analyzing and presenting the data and consumer’s feedback and bringing traditional and creative ideas how to grow those KPIs 
• Driving traffic to your website, landing pages, social media, apps 
• Understanding conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks and being able to apply them to any businesses 
• Working with the AARRR Sales Metrics Diagram (Acquisition – Activation – Revenue - Retention – Referral) and being able to create viral growth
• Continuously researching for new tools and best practices to inform new models
• Support in planning, conducting and analyzing Ad Hoc consumer testing (qualitative and quantitative)
