About the role
Main focus in this role will be on managing projects and tasks that are related to In-Store Executions of the German Field Force team e.g. planning, coordinating & controlling of POS Material & Incentive usage on FSR level, execution of tastings and POS events / trade fairs on customer level, budget management and other people & IT admin tasks.
You will be also responsible to ensure that Field Force team gets important sell-in information on time and in right quality from the support functions. In addition, you will manage the “Sales Materials” APP to ensure that key information will be delivered right first time and to drive continues improvement of the tool for Germany.
Managing the support materials for In-store Executions of the German Field Force team like POS-Material & incentives (allocation/usage/tracking & optimization)
Pick out & review latest field sales execution trends in other European markets to support Field Sales Improvement Manager to define “Perfect Store” & execution benchmarks
Ensuring audit/tax compliance for usage of incentives
Executing customer marketing activities on store level e.g. customer tools like tasting, trade fairs
Managing and optimizing local storage places for field reps
Securing right first time delivery of sell-in materials (sales folder, POS material) including continues improvement according to Field Sales needs by working closely with internal key stakeholders (Field Sales Team, Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Key Account Management)
Owning the “Sales Materials” App for the German Field force to ensure quality and quantity of information that is delivered to the Field reps incl. optimization of the tool
Management of agencies incl. budget management for total OVH incl. related processes & tools
Being the single point of contact for Manchester IT team to manage onsite IT support and other IT topics that impacts the Hamburg office and the German & Austrian team (e.g. pre-testing of new IT equipment, ensuring right first time roll out of new hardware etc together with Field Sales improvement manager)
Managing the shared Mailbox “Sales Germany” to ensure that all users are taking care of their Roles & Responsibilities
Ensuring that all people related master data that are relevant for the Field Sales leadership team are up to date (e.g. contact details, Hardware inventory etc)
