The department workplace service delivery is responsible for operation of all workplace services within Allianz Group. This includes notebooks, desktops, virtual clients (AVC/VDI), desktop file service, printers, service desk and field service. The team "Quality, Testing and Escalation Engineering" supports in the processes of incident, problem, change, capacity and IT performance management. The unit is responsible of a timely solution for all workplace related incidents and coordination with the provider. The workplace engineers assist in the management and customer communication in case of incidents and problems. As specialists of the workplace topics they offer support especially in problem analysis and troubleshooting across service and partner boundaries. The target is to improve end-user experience and productivity, by increasing the performance and stability of our workplace services.
