As a Group Functions IT Project Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing cross functional IT programs, projects and initiatives as well as change initiatives for Group Function IT and our Business Partners. You ensure all assigned activities are delivered in the most value optimized way applying consciously project management methodology (Roche PMM), Agile delivery methods and Organizational Change Management principles. You will manage multiple complex programs, projects and initiatives concurrently and across global locations and time zones, traveling internationally as needed. This position reports into the Team Lead FG Project and Portfolio Management and is part of a team of IT Project Managers.

You bring 10+ years of experience as a successful IT Project/Program Manager using structured project management processes and methodologies (certification is desired). You have 3+ years of experience in delivering business solutions applying agile practices and frameworks and you bring knowledge of agile ways of working, methodologies and practices with a proven record of successful application of it.
