Your Tasks:
- Overall Coordination of the design of processes
- Ensuring that processes deliver business values
- Ensuring compliance with related policies
- Clarifying the definition of process roles
- Enabling the advocacy of processes and ensuring that proper trainings are conducted
- Encouraging the integration of all the processes
- Supporting the ERP Team Leader the implementation of the ERP System as well as supporting the EXP Team Leader in implementing new systems
- Managing exceptions of processes within respective policies
Your Profile:
Personality: Ability to work in a team, Flexibility, Highly motivated, Well organized and proactive
Working: Independent, team-oriented and structured work, Analytical capabilities and high-level problem-solving attitudes, Ability to create a collaborative environment
Experience and Know-how: 3-5 years’ experience in a comparable position, Experience in ERP Systems, e.g. Oracle JDE, Strong capabilities and experiences in production and logistic processes
Qualification: University degree in Engineering, economics, IT or equivalent qualification, Excellent communications skills
Languages: Excellent English language skills
