Location: Neuenburgstrasse 48, 3282 Bargen BE / Switzerland
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Take the lead in technical development projects across the EMEA region in our Business Unit Narrow Web / UV
- Design and execute technical action plans
- Manage sourcing activity in relation to savings, alternatives, samples and prioritization
- Partner with customers to develop and deliver tailored solutions
- Manage a small team of technologists and sourcing professionals

Collaborate closely with our SCM, sales and technology teams to provide a cohesive and smooth customer interface for everything from taking a technical brief, to product development and launches, as well as customer trials
Your Qualifications:
- Successful completion of studies in chemistry
- Several years of relevant professional experience within the packaging industry with focus on UV technology
- Excellent team worker, autonomous, rigorous and well organised

High level of energy, passion, and excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English is a must, good knowledge in German would be a plus
