We are looking for you ! We are currently hiring a forward-thinking and results-oriented Head of IT End User Support (f/m/d). This position is based in our office in Frankfurt.
The role requires strong communication and teamwork skills as there must be proactive engagement with IT and business groups across US, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions, ensuring Global alignment of process and thinking. This group will be responsible for monitoring and oversight of all IT Support services delivered to our business groups across the globe. The successful candidate will have experience with managing support teams within similar environments and have a proven track record of improving IT services and delivery. She/he will take ownership in a fast-paced changing environment. She/he will contribute to the efficiency, productivity, and success of AllianzGI.
