Head of CRM & Automation (m/f/d).
Focus heavily on the strategic development of the complete CRM section of IUBH International as integral part of the sales process
Drive the professional development and extension, automation and result-oriented optimization of all Sales & CRM processes along the whole customer acquisition journey
Automate, optimize and implement our sales & CRM processes, campaigns, and projects in order to increase conversion
Develop and continuously work on an efficient and effective testing roadmap as basement for a data-driven optimization of all CRM & sales actions
Measure and optimize the success of your own activities on the base of target-oriented metrics as well as regular reporting of these KPIs
Collaborate closely, target-oriented and cooperatively at the interface between web, sales, BI/MI, creation, product management, etc.) in order to improve our outcome
Several years of professional experience in a leading international project management function (with a focus on marketing, sales or CRM), ideally in top tier consulting or within a fast growing eCommerce company
Strong track record in data driven automation of processes
Excellent analytical skills, confident in working with large data sets and performance-oriented thinking
Experience with the common CRM tools, desirably Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud
Strong data, business and growth mindset, backed by a track record of successful projects
Strategic awareness AND distinct implementation strength
Pro-active and hands on approach to challenges and getting things done mindset
IT affinity and strong communication skills
Fluent English both verbally and written, any additional languages as e.g. German are a plus
