Our European HR team of 8 people is looking for an intern.
We can offer a friendly and dynamic work environment where you will be exposed to a variety of international HR tasks.
Your tasks will include:
- General sickness administration, creating of monthly sickness report
- Replacement of Receptionist, visitor handling, post and phone calls
- Support recruiter in contract preparation and on boarding of new employees/intern
- General support and exposure to daily HR work
- Supporting with HR admin, filing and work in our HR system
Qualifications:
- Currently studying HR, Business Administration or a similar field
- Work proficiency in English
- Motivated, flexible, passionate and with a service mindset
- Structured and able to work independently on projects and tasks
- Previous work experience an asset but not mandatory
