The HR Business Partner team in Europe provides HR support to approximately 700 employees across 15 counties in the region.
The team works closely with HR Centres of Excellence (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, HR Shared Services) as well the broader HR Busines Partner community to maximise the effectiveness of the HR Group and to contribute to the implementation of HR initiatives which support the overall strategic objectives of Fidelity’s European Business and are consistent with the corporate culture and values.
Reporting to the Head of HR Europe, the purpose of this role is to deliver HR support to managers and employees in the assigned business areas (German Platform Business) by aligning HR policies/practices to business goals.
A particular focus of this role will be to coach and support middle management in their people management skills and personal development as we look to strengthen our management calibre and succession planning.
