Global Vice President IT (m/f/d)
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Management of the Central IT and further development of the IT strategy for our global company with headquarter in the Würzburg area
- Advising the management from an IT and process point of view to optimize existing and to set up new business processes and take responsibility for the entire national and international IT and process landscape
- Leadership, motivation and further development of the worldwide IT organization and ITIL processes with approx. 20 employees
- Responsibility for the worldwide implementation and harmonization of our ERP system based on SAP ECC 6.0 and S / 4 HANA as well as further expansion of the systems
- Ensuring a modern, powerful and at the same time secure IT structure
- Budget responsibility for the entire IT budget
- Implementation of a standardized MES system for all production sites
- Introduction of a portfolio and project management based on agile methods
Your Experience/ Who you are
- Successfully completed studies in (business) computer science, economics or a comparable degree with IT-related issues
- Several years of management experience in the IT sector, preferably in growth-oriented medium-sized industrial companies, ideally in the automotive industry.
- Well-founded experience in IT support and implementation of productive ERP applications, ideally SAP
- Relevant experience in IT project and process management as well as operational implementation
- Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor, also on an international level
- A high level of creative drive and enjoyment of new challenges
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Business fluent knowledge of the English language
