Interesting global task to achieve strategic training goals
The drafting of global training strategies as well as the development of concepts to achieve the strategic training goals set number amongst the key tasks of this position. In this you use both standard and modern digital instruments for the communication of knowledge. Close co-operation with the responsible individuals in the regions to evaluate the market-specific requirements for training and develop corresponding measures forms part of this exciting task. Similarly, continuous interaction with internal and external partners is of great significance when it comes to identifying future market potential. The evaluation of training measures carried out and the continuous improvement of these also constitutes part of your daily business activities. Co-operation with opinion formers to identify medical and scientific trends as the basis for the definition of relevant training themes and instruments is a key element of your tasks.
Experienced personality from the pharmaceutical / medical field wanted
Completed university studies in a scientific and/or pharmaceutical/medical field are obligatory. Experience in training for the application of pharmaceutical products or medical communication, good knowledge regarding contact and communication with healthcare professionals and several years of professional experience relevant to position are a prerequisite. The requirement is for a creative, open and communicative personality with very good written and spoken English skills. A structured approach, the ability to develop strategies and the willingness to implement these is also expected. Willingness to travel up to max. 30% rounds off the profile.
