Global IT CRM Consultant (m/d/f)

• 1st & 2nd Level Support for CRM- (Salesforce) and Ecom Systems
• Conception and implementation of retail related business processes
• Development of small enhancements
• IT Project and Change Management for planning & rollout CRM and ECOM related solutions
• Support interfaces between B2C Solutions and SAP
• Vendor Management for 3rd level support
• Close exchange and alignment with our Business Team
• Support and consult POS Topics

• Experience and good understanding of Business processes and Customer Requirements in Retail driven Companies (Fashion)
• Experience in terms of initial set-up and development of a corporate CRM application
• CRM Data Base Management Knowledge (ideally Salesforce)
• Project management experience
• Experience in the area of combining different Application like Retail-, ERP, PIM, Ecom and OMS - Systems
• Profound experience in a similar position
• Ability to work in an international and virtual team environment
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
• German skills are of advantage; international travel to be expected
