Your Responsibilities:
- Lead, build, extend and coach a team of marketing professionals
- Develop marketing programs and global promotions to improve brand recognition
- Develop and Drive global outbound and inbound marketing activities
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, print, other publishing etc.)
- Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Develop and execute globally relevant content and sales and marketing programs to impact global marketing reach
- Build strong relationships with Sales leaders and their supporting functions
- Collaborate and Align with PA Headquarters to meet, keep and develop Global PA standards, and participate in or oversee global marketing initiatives
Your Qualifications:
- You have several years of international marketing experience including brand development
- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
- Ability to lead by influencing and to generate enthusiasm within your stakeholder’s community
- You are an energetic, pragmatic, business driven team player
