Acting as central contact person for all hierarchy levels for HR planning and company-wide personnel cost & FTE controlling process in close collaboration with Finance
Facilitating and developing the HR controlling processes, methods and tools
Prepare and implement forecast and ad hoc reports, templates and metrics for stakeholder groups to enable them to steer, take decisions and define actions
Improve the existing personnel cost reporting tools and structures
Monitor KPI’s, align on appropriate actions if figures are not met
Ensure high degree of standardization, harmonization and best practice sharing within HR Operations
Work on automation of reports, data processing and efficiency
Perform analysis and validation of data to provide assurance of accuracy and validity of critical business information
University degree preferably in Business Administration, Controlling or Human Resources
Functional expertise in HR Controlling (> 5 years) in an international matrix environment, with special focus on HR to Finance personnel costs & FTE process
Proven problem solving skills and solution orientation
Excellent numerical reasoning and analytical thinking as well as strong client orientation
Strong communication skills, being able to transfer complex data structures into easy communication for stakeholders
Able to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into processes and tools
Preferably experienced with Workday and ServiceNow, as well as SAP for Finance
Fluent English is mandatory and German language would be an advantage
