Our DACH team is looking for a Global Account Manager to join our Cologne team (but you can be based in another city).
This is a sales role, and a whole lot more. You’re going to be instrumental in scoping out our end-to-end, bespoke learning solutions. You’ll work with our most senior leaders to define what our solutions look like. And together, we’ll deliver on the strategies that will help define our clients’ success for years to come – not to mention building on our own (we have an exceptional renewal rate).
First things first, you’ll need to be someone who’ll enjoy building relationships with very senior, client-based decision makers – from IT Leads through to Procurement Managers.
Meanwhile, your understanding of different client priorities, business strategies and the full sales lifecycle means you’ll be adept at developing leads and skilled in bringing different solutions to life after the deals you close kick in.
Fluency in German as well as in English is a must and you’ll need to be educated to degree level.
