Your tasks
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into IT solutions
- Collect service requirements and design respective solutions
- Map current solutions / current used systems and evaluate integration potentials into Genesys
- Ensure compliance with quality and process standards (e.g. legal)
- Develop and maintain an operational concept for the respective services
- Introduce processes for requests and support
- Ensure stable operation afterwards
- Post implementation reviews, especially in the case of failed or partially failed implementations
Your profile
- Personality: service specific, general technical knowledge, communication, coordination and organizational skills are mandatory
- Exceptional analytical capabilities, communication skills and intercultural competence
- General understanding of an interaction routing design and routing flows
- Ability to handle daily operation business flavored with spontaneous customer request and ideas
- Broad knowledge of general applications in the contact center environment
- Ability to consult and assist experienced and unexperienced customer on their GaaS journey
- Languages: Fluent in English and German
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Several years of experience in operation and/or project management and/or solutions development or other related area
