The U.S. Embassy in Berlin is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of General Services Clerk.
The U.S. Embassy is looking for a General Services Clerk. You will be providing general administrative assistance within the General Services section to supervisors and staff. Other than general administrative support, you will be the Contracting Officer Representative for two contracts, you will be leading the coordination of the section on the annual Independence Day event. You will be the Point of Contact for gratuities and Holiday cards, and you will be responsible for Time and Attendance as well as assisting with travel orders for the section.
You have completed secondary school (US: High School Diploma/GED; Germany: state German school degree) and you have gained a minimum of three years of previous experience in an administrative, office management, government services and/or professional environment with customer service orientation.
