The Role:
We are looking for a seasoned Full Stack Developers (Typescript) to help build out data platform. You will be working in a cross-functional team which consists of a Product Manager, Product Designer, Data Analyst and Developers of all seniority levels contributing to the product.
Some of the things you will be working on:
- Building new features for thousands of users among the global top companies
- Making sure our product works seamlessly everywhere around the globe, delivering fast and precise data
- Shipping fast. Get your code to our users in days instead of months
- Make sure we keep our development and operations process smooth; from infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) to CI/CD - we like to automate things!
Our Tech Stack
Because we rely on TypeScript across the stack (from frontend to backend), all engineers at Unicepta can work closely together and have an impact across the product. If you are experienced with JavaScript / Typescript / React / Node.JS / GCP/ Python/ Firebase / Elasticsearch you should feel right at home.
Your profile:
Must Haves
- You have experience using TypeScript
- You have built scalable UIs with React and Redux or another modern JS-Framework
- You have worked with Node.js building APIs and backend services
- You are using GitHub/GitLab to review the work of your team and get feedback on your own work
- You are familiar with agile development methods, Clean Code Developer principles, TDD, CI/CD
- You are proficient in English, both written and spoken
- You have worked in small cross-functional teams, shipping a product
- You are user focused; you love building product for the end user
- You have a university degree, ideally with a specialization in computer science / business informatics and at least 5 years of professional experience as a software engineer
Would be a bonus if you have the following experience:
- Experience building cloud infrastructure: K8s, Docker, Terraform, Security
- Expertise in UI design and UX consulting
- Experience working with MySQL and Elasticsearch databases
- Creating and maintaining REST APIs as a product
- The ability to drive and visualize solutions for business and data requirements
- You have shipped a consumer product, with a large user base, using an iterative / learning approach
