Great opportunity to join the Finance and Controlling team at Metro Markets GmbH and shape our future of fraud prevention strategy.
As the “Fraud Prevention Specialist”, you will be a key team member within our Finance & Controlling team and will be working very closely and collaboratively with our Product development team. Your primary responsibilities within this role includes: Identifying, monitoring and managing potential risk/fraud along the customer journey and transaction cycle via internal and external systems; Handle and design further our dispute and chargeback processes, as well as case management with our legal and payment team, external partners and authorities; Optimizing of our tools based on our own recommendations for action in close cooperation with our product management team; Developing and implementing of concept of measures for risk minimization; Monitoring of implemented processes and services; Undertake proactive analysis of transactional and customer data, identify patterns and trends and recommend improvements to the fraud prevention and verification processes; and Supporting the Finance & Controlling team in other finance related topics.
