Ihre Aufgaben

Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's short and medium term financial plan
Manage the yearly group wide budget process as well as periodic forecasts across all regions
Establish and lead working groups across functions to set up new reporting structures and initiate ad hoc analysis
Perform the monthly budget vs. actual reporting and ownership for its further development
Metrics & KPI Development/Analysis - Analyze financial and operational information to develop key performance indicators that provide the insights needed for key decision making
Support initiatives and projects targeted at financial process improvements and the implementation of changes to achieve efficiencies and the company’s objectives in the areas of reporting and analysis
Further development of used Reporting tools and increase level of utilization

Ihr Profil

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Controlling etc.)
Minimum 5 years of professional experience with accounting, financial analysis, forecasting and financial reporting in an international environment
A significant analytical skillset, including the implementing of BI and other reporting tools
Good understanding of modern co-operative leadership concepts and ideally first project management/leadership experiences
Working with a high degree of responsibility, result oriented and equipped with a good sense of team spirit
English fluently
