Field Application Specialist – Central Europe
We are growing significantly in Europe now and the primary function of the role is to support customers in your assigned territory. You will have a great opportunity to learn how we work for innovation of life science through a commercial approach and contribute to bringing new medicine to the market. You will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to support customers in the region.
In this role you will be responsible for application support to and training of Gyrolab users on customer site. You will contribute to the sales process by providing technical support and presentations to the customer. You will follow up with customers to provide technical support and will provide support to all customers on an ongoing basis. You will also support evaluation of new methods for potential customers and develop plans for customer evaluation projects. There will be a great opportunity to attend scientific conferences and to keep updated with the latest advances in the field. You will perform laboratory work in the customer laboratories and in the Gyros laboratories when required.
You will need a minimum of a BSc Degree (PhD preferable) in a relevant scientific discipline together with an interest in support and in bringing science and customer relations together. After graduation you should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience. Existing Users of the Gyros System and extensive immunoassay experience would be beneficial
Role requires candidates to reside in Central Europe and there will be a requirement to be able to communicate in German, French and English languages.
