In this highly attractive role you will design, plan and execute our global employer branding strategy as well as internal HR communications and further develop our consistent tone of voice in all communication channels.
What you can expect:
Define, maintain and promote the company’s unique employer brand externally and internally.
Leverage candidate-facing communications in social media to convey HUGO BOSS corporate culture and our employee value proposition.
Create a global framework of different employer branding/marketing activities to be locally implemented.
Further develop the career pages and social media channels in close cooperation with Corporate Communications.
Partner with our HR Recruiters, Strategic Business Partners and Hiring Managers to support in developing talent marketing strategies and new sourcing strategies by delivering concepts for the right candidate communication to meet current and future hiring needs.
Support in building candidate pipelines by leveraging customized candidate communication campaigns and by developing engagement programs for talents.
Provide recommendations to our international HR colleagues as and when needed, to address local specific challenges.
Analysis of the effectiveness of existing communication channels and remain informed of best practices in the profession.
Design and implementation of a communication strategy and annual delivery plan for engaging employee communications.
Establish a framework for repeatable processes/guidelines that can be implemented locally in various regions.
Utilize analytics to execute and refine programs for maximum return on investment and track key performance metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, Journalism or related field.
Multiple years of internal communications and employer branding experience building company-wide programs for global corporate organizations.
Exceptional writing/editing experience, ability to connect ideas with macro-level priorities.
Demonstrated ability to take complex ideas and translate them into key messages and creative executions to solve moderate to complex recruiting challenges as well as the ability to pick up new tasks quickly and independently.
Strong project planning and management skills with solid understanding of change management.
Exceptional networking skills with the ability to influence peers and stakeholders.
Journalist/influencer mentality with high affinity to social media.
Fluent English and German skills.
Flexible, proactive and service oriented team player.
