In this technologically demanding and highly competitive market, we want to continue to grow ambitiously and profitably in the coming years. To realize our strategic goals, we are looking for a qualified leadership personality (m/f/d) as Executive Vice President Group Finance.
In this newly created and demanding management role, you will be responsible for Group FP&A (thematically including corporate controlling, financial reporting & analysis, planning & forecasting, business intelligence) and Group Accounting. As a member of our global leadership team, you will make significant contributions to strategy development and execution and act as the interface between management, divisions, shareholder and stakeholders. Together with your highly specialized functional teams you provide insightful financial analysis and decision-relevant information that will support the global leadership team of the group to further drive business performance. Furthermore, you and your team ensure full compliance with IFRS/local GAAP. Lastly, you continuously improve and enhance the existing tools/methodologies, processes and systems in terms of quality, pace, precision and efficacy and establish your teams as strong and proactive corporate drivers and sparring partners for our business leaders and their finance teams.
