In this role, you´ll be responsible for the creation and monitoring of the venue design and for the working relationship with all local and international partners integrating their needs into the overall event production.

CREATION OF VENUE DRAFTS
As Event Production Manager, you´ll create the initial venue drafts as a base for the first location check and discussions with local counterparts and keeping this up to date.
EVENT PRODUCTION SITE VISITS
You´ll plan and execute the event production site visits in collaboration with the suppliers. In addition, you´ll debrief and report the site visits and its results.
PREPARATION OF REQUIREMENT LISTS
Another aspect of this role, is the preparation of onsite requirement lists and sharing them with the host countries and third-party suppliers, agencies, etc.
Regular alignment with internal and external partners to ensure all needs are reflected and up to date is also part of your responsibilities.
MANAGING LOCAL AGENCIES AND SUPPLIERS
Furthermore, you´ll lead local agencies and suppliers regarding concept implementation, budget, workflow as well as complete onsite-management.
In addition, you´ll steer the process of acquisition and relationship with the suppliers in the area of your responsibility based on a traceable pitch process, continuous check of deliveries and continuously develop the cooperation based on cost efficiency.

Experience in event setup planning and engineering in large scale events
Teambuilding and team leading capability
Professional Microsoft Office and CAD knowledge
Driving license group B
Excellent analytical thinking, creativity and organizational skills
Presentation and Communication skills
Well-structured, ability to work under pressure & independently
Team player and open-minded
Relevant working experience
Fluent in English, German and other additional languages are a plus
