Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) for Excavators
Location: Krefeld

Here you create great things:

As our electrical engineer for excavators, you will be at the very front when it comes to leading our mobile machines and systems technologically into the future and thereby consolidating our market position as an innovative and successful construction machinery manufacturer!
Excavators move large earth loads - also thanks to you: You will carry out tests on excavators and, based on the results, develop improvement measures for electrical systems up to 1,000 volts. At the same time, you make sure that all installed electrical systems and drives are CE-compliant.
Whether single circuits, systems or an individual solution: You develop all this with us, define the specifications and work with local suppliers of electrical components to ensure that the quality is also perfect when using third-party elements.
When new products are introduced, you stay close to the market, collect information and application reports as well as customer feedback and share this knowledge with the development team.
Of course, you will analyze the market and new technologies and support the Sales & Service team in case of technical questions, make recommendations or instantly help with a concrete solution.

How to score points with us:

Degree in electrical engineering or a similar field
Several years of experience in the development and implementation of electrical systems up to 1,000 volts, preferably for earthmoving machines such as excavators, wheel loaders, rollers, etc.
Practical experience in the creation of specification booklets - including consideration of customer requirements and driver feedback
Good knowledge of CE conformity as well as EU standards and regulations
Energetic, determined personality who values service, communicates very well in English and appreciates being part of an international research team achieving outstanding results.
