Sky Ticket Team is, limited for 18 months, looking for a
Director Business Transformation - Sky Ticket (m/f/d)
Location: Unterfoehring near Munich
Areas of responsibility
- Bring together and run the overarching transformation plan for Sky Ticket, encompassing multiple streams of ongoing work on strategic positioning, go to market/brand and product/platform convergence, as well as business set up and operating model
- Act as the strategic business owner for the Sky Ticket migration to our Group product/technology platform and ensure both the platform and the business operation around it runs effectively when the platform launches in 2021
- Deliver our evolved European OTT operating model (linked to the platform migration) and play the role of business lead for Sky Ticket, closely collaborating with the Group teams in UK and ensuring the model lands well and drives continued Sky Ticket performance
- Ensure all transformation fully focuses on business outcomes and ensure definition and focus on KPI delivery we are targeting through transformation, above and beyond timely platform/toolset delivery
- Actively manage engagement with senior business stakeholders in Germany and in the Group - keep them fully informed and engaged, acting to support delivery of the transformation
- Establish strong relationships and ways of working and champion Sky Ticket with the wider Sky DE team, Sky Group functions and UK/Italy OTT businesses
Requirements
- Strong commercial outlook and awareness, leading change from a customer and business point of view rather than just technical
- You're experienced in managing transformation programmes within medium-large organisations and implementing operating models for businesses with multi-territory teams and shared functions
- A start-up mindset with a focus on creating lean and responsive business models and the ability to lead transformational and operational change across multiple areas
- Good understanding of the OTT industry, products and the technologies behind it
- A natural communicator with outstanding team and matrix management skills, who easily builds relationships with different stakeholders, including our Senior Management (SVP/EVP)
- Collaborative and non-hierarchical with exceptional skills in problem identification, pragmatic resolution development and rapid decision-making
