For our international Marketing department at the company´s headquarters in Baden-Baden we are seeking to appoint a
Digital Transformation Manager (f/m/d)
Your tasks:
- Propose and develop digital international marketing transformation strategies
- Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns and digital marketing toolboxes for countries
- Manage digital marketing best practice sharing with subsidiaries and partners
- Identify and evaluate new trends in digital marketing
- Propose/implement innovative digital tools for key brands
- Development and execution of brand specific digital activities (e.g. chats, webinars and webcasts)
- Control budget for digital marketing development and activities
Your profile:
- Successfully completed a degree in business administration or comparable course of study
- At least 5 years of digital marketing experience including pharmaceutical field
- Experience in identifying target audiences and analyzing customer journeys
- Data-driven person: make strategic decisions based on data analysis
- Ability to work within analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, data visualization tools and others
- Demonstrated track record of ability to work in international environment and to influence without authority
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and German, additional language skills are a plus
