To support our IT-team at EHC Red Bull München GmbH and Red Bull Stadion München GmbH, we are searching for a Digital Product Owner starting at March 1st 2020, who is technically responsible for the product lifecycle of our digital platforms and keen to face the challenges of designing and operating a highly-connected sports venue.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Work with business stakeholders to translate their demands into user journeys and features.
Foster a user centered mindset through user experience research methods.
Define, manage and deliver technical product roadmaps.
Transform requirements into specific epics, stories, and tasks and constantly groom the product backlog as the backbone of product enhancements.
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATIONS
Define a future-proof technology stack in accordance with the overall IT architecture.
Challenge technical decisions of engineers and review and evaluate deliverables in detail.
Develop release management, testing and deployment strategies.
Collaborate in cross-functional and cross-organizational teams.
Manage external suppliers and build a trusted and long-term partner network.
Deliver assignments end-to-end, on-time and in-line with agreed strategies and processes.
Control and report costs on a detailed level and take responsibility for project budgets.
MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT
Act as last resort to troubleshoot technical problems.
Act as key contact and guide, advice and support users in utilizing the digital products effectively.
Communicate product enhancements on a regular basis along with a solid documentation.
