Your Key Responsibilities
- Scouting and evaluation of suitable business ideas in the market
- Developing ideas into business concepts together with business departments
- Evaluation of business concepts and development of business cases
- Definition of user stories and prioritization of product backlog in alignment with business stakeholders
- Managemen of (external) software development teams
- Support new country rollouts and ensure country operations in collaboration with local business responsibles
- Establish and maintain relationships with startups and external partners
Your Qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in e.g. economics, business administration, business IT or comparable education with a strong technical background
- Several years of international professional experience, preferably in a technology company, consultancy, startup, incubator, digital agency or similar job
- Experience in idea scouting, market research and business opportunity evaluation
- Several years of experience in business concept development and business case definition
- Track record in requirements documentation and definition of Minimum Viable Products as well as delivering their implementation
- Experience in agile development processes, ideally as certified product owner
- Strong network in the start-up environment, universities, and / or automotive industry
- Fluent in English spoken and written in addition with resilience and willingness to travel, German is beneficial
