We are looking for you to join our team at the Head Office in Hamburg as

Digital Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

You are responsible to build the strategy for the digital offering and activation of Amplifon in the future
You identify innovative marketing channels and tools in digital to generate leads
You expand our activities for content-based lead generation
You introduce extensions to our Amplifon offerings in the digital world (e-commerce, remote fitting, etc.)
You are responsible to improve our activities with App-connected devices
You identify growth potential in terms of digital performance increase and constantly monitor the digital landscape for new trends in order to establish a strategic test & learn approach
You will perform market, competitor and technology evaluations and gather insights into the current developments in the hearing aid market environment

Your profile:

You have successfully completed a degree in any economics or marketing related field
You possess analytical thinking and judgement and have organizational and negotiating skills
You are performance-oriented, highly customer-/partner-oriented, have a strong sense of initiative and strong communication skills
At least 3 years of experience in the digital marketing and business environment
Have strong network skills which will be used to develop new business opportunities and to establish business relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies
Have a great understanding of digital services and how they can benefit clients
You like to take on responsibility and act quickly and solution-oriented
You speak English and German fluently (both written and spoken)
