Purpose of Role:
The Job Holder is an expert on Master Data Provision and Data Quality for Mondelez DACH Region. Scope of responsibility covers for the following Master Data Domains; Product, Materials, Pricing and Customer Data. As generalist the Job Holder is Firm with all these domains but will have its specific core areas. To also Support the data collection process in view of data provision on time and accurately. The Job Holder knows the appropriate rules and regulations for Data Quality as the Job Holder will be a single point contact for Master Data request from Stake Holders to meet Mondelez high quality standards. These are striving for the BIG 3 C’s: Completeness, Consistency, and Compliance.
Main Responsibilities: - Monitor Data Collection through workflows - Track, monitor and report on new creations, changes, delisting and E2E data object creation - Consult, First Level and Mediation support to help Business to define Master Data Requirements regarding their project campaign initiatives. - Ensure accuracy of product information including collaborating with R&D, regulatory for nutritional and allergen information- regarding Data Publication-in respect to 1WS- EU Regulation 1169 - Close working relationship with the Sales department about completeness of requests, and storing of the requests within the mailbox. - Review files and complete check/verify, including the approval via Digi-form - Data Quality and assurance from Customer Data workflow requests
- Extensive office/systems experience preferably in a remote & cross-functional context - Experience working with SAP, Data Management, SharePoint and Other ticketing systems. - Experience in working in a service function, preferably within remote experience - Continuous improvement mindset - Ability to handle complexity and managing details - Problem solving and analytical skills - Developing and managing x/functional and multi country relationship - Excellent written & spoken English and German is a must
