The DACH GTM partnerships manager is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of our GTM partnerships team. This is a revenue-generating position and will focus on indirect sales motions to support our growth in the region, by unlocking a new market opportunity for us through co-selling and driving partner engagement. The main objective is to establish a GTM partnerships organization within the GTM team. This will start with prioritizing inbound opportunities and focusing on ones that will have maximum impact. Building on this inbound motion, the DACH GTM partnerships manager will also look to create a pipeline of partnerships that are most beneficial to Personio as a company, both across the full European landscape as well as specific to each of the markets we operate in.
